1. General Policy
All purchases made on NexPect, including subscriptions, boosts, featured opportunities, and other virtual products, are generally non-refundable.
By purchasing any paid feature, you agree that:
- Payments are final
- No refunds will be issued for partial use, unused time, or change of mind
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Cancellation stops future billing
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the remaining time
3. Exceptions
We may issue refunds in limited circumstances, including:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Billing errors caused by our system
- Unauthorized transactions (subject to investigation)
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate suspension of your account
- Loss of access to paid features
